    We invited Wen Tien-Hsiang, CEO of the Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival, to share his experiences as a career film critic and as a curator. In the meeting, Mr. Wen focused on the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on movie production, he also shared with participants his tips on choosing what movie to watch under different circumstances. *Mr.Wen is the CEO of the Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival since 2018, he is also a famous film critic in Asian movies. Taipei Golden Horse Film Festival is the biggest annually film festival in Asia.

    We invited Dr. Wu Se-Hwa, former Minister of Education of Taiwan, to share how liberal arts studies could help change the idea of innovation. Drawing from educational aspects, Dr. Wu encouraged students to revisit classic literature and get inspired by it. Dr. Wu also discussed how the emergence of new technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and social expertise help generate thought-provoking lifestyles for the next generation. *Dr. Wu is former Minister of Education of Taiwan, he implemented one of the biggest education reform in his term.

    Professor Stanton shared his life long career experience in this event, his unparalleled insights into diplomacy make students rethink what it really takes to become a diplomat. When thinking back, he told participants that he had never taken any course on diplomacy or international business as an undergraduate. The only thing he count on was his interest in literature and his constantly paying attention to international events through NY Times magazine. Overall, professor Stanton’s benevolent sharing make participants get more involved into diplomacy. *Professor William A. "Bill" Stanton is a retired United States career diplomat. In this tight-knit meeting, president Chow also provided customized financial suggestions to students that aims to involve in startups after their graduation. *Dr. Edward H. Chow, emeritus professor of NCCU, was the president of NCCU from 2014-2018. Before his presidency, Dr. Chow was dean of college of commerce, NCCU, independent director of prominent banks in Taiwan. (Yuanta groups, Uni groups, etc.,) Dr. Chow is a graduate of National Chengchi University and Indiana University-Bloomington.
