Professor Stanton shared his life long career experience in this event, his unparalleled insights into diplomacy make students rethink what it really takes to become a diplomat. When thinking back, he told participants that he had never taken any course on diplomacy or international business as an undergraduate. The only thing he count on was his interest in literature and his constantly paying attention to international events through NY Times magazine.
