We invited Dr. Chow, former president of National Chengchi University (NCCU) share important tips on how to make a lifelong financial plan as a college student. In this tight-knit meeting, president Chow also provided customized financial suggestions to students that aims to involve in startups after their graduation.
*Dr. Edward H. Chow, emeritus professor of NCCU, was the president of NCCU from 2014-2018. Before his presidency, Dr. Chow was dean of college of commerce, NCCU, independent director of prominent banks in Taiwan. (Yuanta groups, Uni groups, etc.,) Dr. Chow is a graduate of National Chengchi University and Indiana University-Bloomington.
